Problem: Client wanted to explore options for a better search experience on their large volume of digital assets to achieve greater customer engagement.
Proposal: We suggested a move away from query–response paradigm towards an exploratory search experience. An open-ended, multi-faceted, iterative and guided interaction aids in exploring an unfamiliar information landscape.
Solution: Using Disquery, our in-house NLP + Analytics engine we developed an exploratory search interface was based on various semantic signals.
Our approach illustrated how content semantics could be used for better user engagement and information discovery and insight which was otherwise hard to get to.
